Dinesh Plastic Product - dpp offers Thermoplastic Butterfly Valves that are slip in , wafer style, compact design, light in weight and easy to install. They are available in size range of 75mm to 350mm . dpp butterfly valves are manufactured from high quality thermoplastic like PP-Isotactic PP, GRPP- Glass Reinforced Isotactic PP, HDPE-High Density Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â Polyethylene and PVDF - Polyvinylidene Fluoride. The valves are tight shut off in both flow directions and recommended for pressure rating of PN 10.

These valves offer square section shaft that provide positive engagement between shaft & disc and shaft & lever ensuring positive shutoff with quarter turn operation. They are suitable for flow in either directions or can be utilized either vertically or horizontally. The valve disc fitted with seat ring is easily replaceable as well as economical compare to conventional rubber liner. They are also available with double-flanged end connections. The company offers manual Ratchet lever or worm gear operator or Actuator. dpp butterfly valves are available with drilling as per BS , ASA , DIN or any other standard.

	Ratchet lever mechanism permits locking of disc position determined by system requirement.
	Wetted parts only of PP/PVDF and elastomer compatible with fluid.

	Suitable for flow in either direction, seals in both directions and Can be installed either vertically or horizontally.
